Which service should I book first?
If you do not have a reliable radon result, testing is usually the starting point. If you already have a report, share it with our team so we can discuss follow-up measurement or mitigation.
Does monitoring remove radon?
No. A monitor measures radon. A mitigation system reduces its entry or indoor concentration. Monitoring and testing help assess the level; they do not replace a reduction system when one is needed.
Can you help with a real estate deadline?
Tell us the property address and inspection deadline when you contact us. We will confirm availability, the testing period and how results will be provided.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Share the building's size, use and layout. Commercial and multifamily work may need a different scope from a single-family home, and our team will discuss those requirements with you.
How much will the work cost?
