RADON ERASER / ATLANTA

Across the metro. Down to the details of your home.

Metro Atlanta covers many communities and many kinds of buildings. A nearby property's result cannot establish the level in yours. Share the address, foundation layout and reason for testing so we can discuss a plan suited to your home, transaction or managed property.

START WITH THE MEASUREMENT

One property. One measured answer.

You cannot determine indoor radon levels from a home's appearance, age or neighborhood. Testing provides the information needed to decide what happens next.

4.0pCi/L · EPA action level
Consider fixing between 2 and 4 pCi/L. Lower levels still carry some risk.

SERVICES IN ATLANTA

From uncertainty
to a clear plan.

01 / PROPERTY CARE

Radon testing

Establish the radon concentration in your property with professional measurement. Tell us if this is a home purchase, a sale, an existing home or a commercial building so we can discuss the appropriate test.

02 / PROPERTY CARE

Radon mitigation

When results call for action, we assess the foundation and soil-gas pathways. The system is designed around the building, with the goal of reducing indoor radon concentrations.

03 / PROPERTY CARE

Verification testing

A system installation is followed by a measurement, not an assumption. Post-mitigation testing checks the resulting radon level and helps document performance.

04 / PROPERTY CARE

Ongoing monitoring

Discuss continuous radon monitoring and how to interpret changes over time. Keep records of your measurements and follow the maintenance guidance for your system.

05 / PROPERTY CARE

Indoor air quality

Bring your indoor environmental concerns to the conversation. Our team can discuss air quality evaluation and which services fit the issue you are experiencing.

06 / PROPERTY CARE

Crawlspace & vapor barriers

Discuss exposed soil, crawlspace conditions and vapor barrier installation. A radon reduction design may need to address more than one foundation type.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.
A better understanding.

Every property is different. We begin with your location, your building and your goals, then explain what the result means and the options available.

01

Tell us about your property.

Share your location, foundation type and any inspection deadline. We will confirm coverage and discuss the service you need.

02

Measure. Understand. Plan.

Testing establishes the radon level. If it is elevated, we explain the result and the reduction options for your building.

03

Reduce and verify.

A mitigation plan addresses how soil gas enters the structure. Follow-up testing measures the result after installation.

ATLANTA / COMMON QUESTIONS

Know more.
Worry less.

Should I test my Atlanta home if my neighbor's result was low?

Yes. Radon levels can vary between nearby buildings. The EPA recommends testing homes regardless of their location; a neighbor's result cannot tell you the concentration inside your home.

Can you test during a real estate transaction?

Yes. Share the address and inspection deadline when you contact us. We will discuss access, test conditions and reporting. Follow the instructions provided for the measurement; many short-term real estate tests require at least 48 hours.

What if my radon result is elevated?

Contact our team to discuss the result and your test type. A short-term homeowner test may need follow-up. The EPA recommends fixing at 4 pCi/L or higher and considering reduction between 2 and 4 pCi/L. We can assess mitigation options for your property.

Can a home without a basement need mitigation?

Yes. Radon can enter buildings with slabs or crawlspaces as well as basements. The appropriate reduction approach depends on the foundation, soil-gas pathways and other site conditions.

How is a mitigation quote prepared?

We need your address, existing radon measurements and details about the property. Foundation layout, access and the proposed vent route can affect the work. The team will explain the scope and confirm the quote for your project.

Do you serve businesses and rental properties in Atlanta?

Yes. Contact us with the building type, size and use. Commercial and multifamily properties may need testing and mitigation plans tailored to their layout and occupancy.
